The lamp project was run over 15 weeks as a trial project in 2000 with a pass rate of 70%
The project can easily be modified to suit the ability of the student.
# The base could be cast and milled.
# A timing device could also be added to the circuit.
# The circuit can be used in different projects, using different outputs.
# The brief can be directed or left open according to student's capability.
# Every student will produce a different outcome even though they are using the same skill base.
