This unit of work was developed to incorporate areas of technology not traditionally covered by us at this level. i.e. mechanisms and electronics.
It also gives students the opportunity to experiment and develop a range of solutions, as encouraged in this subject.
We have found that our students have responded well to this Unit. It enables them to produce a diverse range of outcomes and gives them the opportunity to obtain high marks through a wide range of skills and processes.
